Photoshop help!!

I need some help and am hoping someone will stumble across this that can be of assistance.  We were just down in Tampa for my brother-in-law's wedding and I got a really great photo of our family...well, 3/4 of our family.  E-Ray is blinking in the photo.  Other than that, it is perfect!  So, I took his head from a picture from the same evening and tried to Photoshop it into the family photo, but I just don't have the skills to make it blend in just right.  If I can get it just right, I'd like to print a large copy of the photo and have it framed.  Can anyone help me?  If so, please let me know!  Thank you!
